Who’s on Stage in 2012

Welcome Music Lovers! If you’re here, you’re here for a look-see at who’s on deck for this year’s Jubilee. Before we bang off the list of names we want to say just one thing, well, it’s a promise really. The Jubilee is totally committed to the unique formula the event was built on: staging a genre-busting line-up at one of the lowest price points available and putting the region’s up & coming talent on the bill alongside the big names. Oh, and there’s one other thing …making sure the sound experience is superb.

Every year we build a program that we and 15,000 or so of our closest friends would want to see. Looking forward to doing it again this year.

BATTLE OF THE BANDS COMPETITION

This competition is open to any and all bands that have never before played the Jubilee main stage. All genres are welcome.

Submissions open April 19, contest opens April 26 and fans can vote daily for their favourite bands for three weeks. The contest closes on May 16 and the top four vote-getters plus one wild card band will go on to the Battle Royale at Glasgow Square Theatre on May 26.
