A Jubilee First: Event offers “Super Advance” and Youth Pass

(New Glasgow, NS) -- For the first time in its history, the New Glasgow Riverfront Jubilee is offering music fans the chance to get "Super Advance" weekend passes to the July 29-31, 2011 event in New Glasgow, NS. A limited block of 500 passes are on sale now until May 15th—or until sold out, whichever comes first.

At $50 (including tax and surcharge), the "Super Advance" is a whopping 40% saving off regular gate prices. After the Super Advance deal ends, Early Bird weekend passes will be available from May 16th – June 30th, at a price of $60. Regular pricing for a weekend pass will come into effect on July 1st and will be $70.

"The ‘super advance’ is the absolute best deal for those who already know they are planning to be at this year’s Jubilee," says Chairperson Steven Wark. "The Jubilee is, quite simply, an unbeatable event at an unbeatable price. We’re glad to be able to offer an even better deal for our dedicated Jubilee goers."

Based on feedback and interest from prior years, the Jubilee will also be offering Youth passes this year for those ages 13-18. The youth passes will ensure affordable access to The Jubilee for adolescents and are also available now for $30 (including tax and surcharge). Only 500 are available.

The New Glasgow Music Jubilee is an all-ages event. Children 12 and under are FREE and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There will be a a licensed area available for those 19 and over (ID’s are required). Gates open at 6 pm each night.

The New Glasgow Riverfront Jubilee is a three day music festival during the third long weekend of the summer. This award-winning festival is celebrating its 16th year in 2011.
